So I recently tried lean cuisine's squash ravioli... I'm not going to lie, I was afraid of it. It just looks suspicious... Its like ravioli gone all wrong. White sauce, vegetables.. blech!
I was brave though... I took a bite.
AND IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!
I've decided that squash ravioli is pretty much magical, and I even bought a squash and I am determined to do something with it.
For those who do not know, apparently butternut squash is sweet. It is kind of like a toned-down sweet potato. And it is completely awesome:)
